Joker was born in the rough streets of Chicago with the infamous Vitalli crime family. He worked his way through the ranks fast and was the first gangster to be made at a young age. At 14 years old he was sent to California to take over territories with the Hollywood Rat Patrol Crew. Their power grew. They were known for hijacking cigarette trucks, doing hits for the mob but the mob could no longer control him and then he went on his own crime spree. The papers say he is the most craziest criminal in the planet. They captured Joker during a Brinx truck robbery and he was extradited to Arkham's Asylum for the criminally insane.
